Utilising our assortment of contemporary function rooms, from our 400 pax Events Centre, to our intimate dining rooms, Board Rooms and courtyards, Hornby Club has an option for every occasion.
Hornby Club’s kitchen and events team caters completely for all functions and events. BYO or external catering is not permitted.

As a specialised hospitality venue, our liquor licence extends until a midnight close.

Our venues

Our largest conference facility with options to accommodate 400 people is the Hornby Club Events Centre. It is our grandest venue for conferencing and tournament events. Officially opened in December 2021, the Hornby Club Events Centre has a contemporary fit out with smart technology to ensure a successful event.
Mezzanine
With urban views and a modern fit-out, the Mezzanine is a party venue with a difference. Designed to cater for 150 people, it is a stunning space for celebrations, wedding receptions and smaller corporate events. Opened in October 2020, the Mezzanine is an exciting new event venue in Hornby.
Chalmers
Chalmers Restaurant and its children’s playground is the perfect venue for kid’s parties and family celebrations. Designed for family dining, Chalmers Restaurant is a welcoming space for everyone to enjoy.
Pavilion
A refined glass house, the Pavilion is sophisticated and beautifully detailed. By day, the Pavilion is home to our café where we can arrange smaller afternoon tea celebrations, brunch and lunch events, by evening it can be transformed into a fantastic function space.
Legends Bar
With fabulous bistro dining, a big screen, pool room and fresh tap beer, our Legends Bar is the perfect venue for family gatherings and celebrations. It can be hired out for larger groups when required.
Meeting rooms
The Hornby Club has multiple meeting rooms in an array of sizes to host a variety of small gatherings and corporate functions. From board meetings to breakfast meetings and intimate parties, our meeting rooms can cater them all. Many of our event venues have TV screens and sound systems.
