October 2025 – Mid Week Bowls Update

This month’s newsletter starts on a very sad note. It’s with great sadness we mention the passing of three of our much-loved members. Bob McCabe, Valmay (Val) Wilson and Jean Hutchison. They will be sadly missed by us all.
On a brighter note, spring is finally here, nice to see all the blossom coming out. We are currently in the process of organising a mystery bus trip. It seems this year is going very quickly with Xmas just around the corner. The bowls have been going along very strongly with good numbers attending weekly.
