May 2024 – Cribbage Update

We had the Nationals at Richmond on 20 and 21 April. Our team came home second, 3 points behind Richmond. A very well-run tournament.
We held our AGM on 17 April. Chairperson Diane Heath, Vice Chairperson Steve Stevens, Treasurer Rose Stevens. We had no nominations for Secretary but are working on that. Our committee is Derek Petch and John Farrell. We are now working on our mid-year dinner.
Our five new players are settling in well and enjoying the games and camaraderie.
We have had two full cards, won all 10 games, in the past couple of months. They were Jack Jarman and Russell Reekie. Congratulations to them both.
We’re now looking forward to another exciting year.
