March 2024 – Indoor Bowls Update

Welcome to our 2024 season.
We hope everyone has had a great break over the Christmas and New Year season and is now looking forward to getting back on the bowling mats and resuming our sport and friendship.
Our first night of the season will be on Thursday 7 March at 7.30pm.
This will be a get-together as the bowling hall is unavailable. At the time of writing, I am unsure what room we are gathering in, but it will be advertised in the foyer at the club.
We are looking forward to any new members. Indoor Bowls is an affordable sport for everyone. Come along and have a go! It’s a cheap and fun sport. Easy to learn. Our season runs from March through to the end of September on Thursday nights. Start time is 7.30pm but arrive by 7.15pm.
On another note, our section is hosting the Clubs NZ South Island Indoor Bowls tournament over the four days during Easter at the club.
