February 2024 – Outdoor Bowls Update

We started the new year off with our State of Origin game where members can come dressed for the occasion if they wish.
Bowls Hornby was again our host and the atmosphere was buzzing as friendships were being reignited.
Teams were selected and the clock was ticking. After nearly three hours the last bowl was delivered and when the dust settled and the thirst quenched, the team of Derek Shearer, Graham Payne and Jenny Bodger emerged the outright winners on the day.
Our next game is on Sunday 18 February at Bowls Hornby 12 noon.
