August 2025 – Mid-Week Bowls Update

Another month has gone by! On the 1st of July we had our mid-winter Xmas lunch up in the mezzanine lounge. We had a great turn out with some players bringing along their partners. It was a great afternoon and a big thankyou to the staff for making it a great afternoon and a big thankyou to the club the food was great.
We are now looking forward to our yearly visit from the Ashburton RSA on the 29th of July. This is always a great afternoon and as is tradition we finish up with a lovely afternoon tea. Our membership has been steady the last couple of months. We currently have 79 members, with an average of 60 people turning up each week. It’s great to see everyone having fun and some great bowls being played.
