April 2025 – Travel Update

Hello everyone.
I think a good proportion of our travel section members are all thinking of our trip to the North Island. The countdown is on, as departure is now very close, only a week away.
The date we fly to Auckland is 7th April 2025. There should be plenty of news and photos for the next newsletter.
We also have a trip organised for our mid-winter Christmas dinner, which is on Saturday 28th June at the Tai Tapu Hotel. There are also plans for a train excursion to Moana from Christchurch on Sunday 31st August. Please note that nothing has been finalised at this stage for this trip.
