April 2025 – Outdoor Bowls Update

The Outdoor Bowls section enjoyed a fantastic day out on Sunday the 23rd of March thanks to the Diamond Harbour Bowling Club and Shane our Bayes Coachlines driver.
Our trip took us up and over Gebbies pass and we were there in less than an hour.
Our Diamond Harbour hosts welcomed us with cheers and beers and a perfect setting for a day of bowls.
Some “Magic” music had bowlers singing away and smiles all round.
Some bowls magic was also played, and the team of James Aldridge(s) Marie McLeod, Dennis Levers and Bruce Craik took the honours on the day.
But then again everyone was a winner.
Many thanks to the Diamond Harbour team for a super day and we suggest that all clubs should pay them a visit.
