September 2023 – Travel Update

Hi there everyone,
It’s been nice to have a bit of sunshine over the last few days, well that’s at time of writing but when it goes to print who would know what the weather will be!
The travel section had a group of 41 attend the Court Theatre on 17 August, we went by coach and then returned to Hornby Club for supper at the end of the show.
Supper was as usual very nice with fabulous sandwiches, savouries and chocolate slice with tea/coffee. It was a fabulous evening and well enjoyed.
Derek has plans for a trip to the hot pools in Methven and I’m sure things will be finalised for that shortly, so watch the notice board.
As usual we had a great turnout to our monthly meeting. Next meeting will be 7pm Monday 18 September.
