September 2022 Snooker Update

We have several new members that have joined our section over the last few weeks. On behalf of our committee, we welcome you.
We held the George Robertson memorial snooker last week and our own Rob Redgrove came within an inch of winning, but for an in off on the match ball. A great effort by Dale Kwok, who by the way is nearing his 70th birthday. It is Dales first major win since making a comeback a few years ago. Rob and his partner recently won the South Island pairs in Blenheim.
By the time this newsletter comes out, we would have started our open club champs which will run on Thursday evenings, from 7pm, for the next few weeks. All tables will be used.
