September 2022 Darts Update
Thursday 1 Sep, 2022
As we write this, our young star Kayden Milne is in Hamilton preparing for his debut on the world series of darts. It will be live on TV Friday 26 and Saturday 27 August.
We know the results will be known by the time you read this, but it’s all very exciting and we wish him all the best. There are eight of the top players in the world here to play and we are looking forward to some excellent results. The main objective is to win on the first night to proceed to Saturday night. Go Kayden.
We held our men’s and ladies’ singles earlier this month and Maata won the ladies and Kayden the mens. Six of our players were picked to play the workies vs the non-workies last weekend and victory went to the workies, a great result.
Wednesday Interclub continues for all eight teams and some are doing great while others are struggling.
If you are thinking of playing summer darts, just get in contact with a dart section member and they will point you in the right direction.
We played in the All Sports a few weeks ago and could only muster eight players but had a lot of fun and a victory, yeh ha.
Thank you.
Yours at Tops
