October 2022 Darts Update

The darts section continues along, and we have nearly finished the winter interclub competition. A few teams are struggling, and a few are at the top of their divisions.
Our young star, Kayden, acquainted himself well to the stage and live TV and now as the NZ Youth Champion he has the World Youth Champs ahead of him. With the help of the Hornby Club, he is away to England to compete in the Winmau development tour 21 and 22 on October 7. Then the next day is tour 23 and 24 and October 9 is the World Youth Champs. All three days are to be played at Robin Park Tennis centre in Wigan and we wish him all the best. Kayden has
a rare talent, and his new shirt features the Hornby logo on his right sleeve. Several of his opponents are already professional in their sport so he is up with the best.
If you see Kayden in the Club, he is happy to chat, but only until the 4th as he has a plane to catch.
