May 2025 – Table Tennis Update

We are now into Round Three of the Canterbury Clubs Interclub Competition and Hornby teams are leading in all but one grade. As we go to print, the Drawn Pairs Competition (Hugh White Cup) was to be played on Tuesday the 29th of April with the winners to be announced in next month’s newsletter.
Over Easter, a few of our members entered the New Zealand Veteran Open Championships at the Canterbury Table Tennis Stadium. Our members played well enough to come away with a few medals. Medal winner’s names and photos to follow in next month’s newsletter.
