Hi all,

Thanks for a great May, we had a lot of successes in the Club, from Mothers day, to section activity, our Open Day, and a lot of functions and events and it was all because of the efforts put in by you.

Add to this a good, tight win over the Highlanders by the Crusaders and the Warriors continuing to show some great performances, the Big screen has attracted a lot of you into the Club for these games and we are looking forward to the All Black season ahead.

Looking forward to June:

  • Our Annual General Meeting is on 15 June at 10am
  • We have three Remits (Rules & By-Laws) to vote on at the AGM
  • Its Election month!!! Nominations close on 7 June so put your name forward if you would like to help the Club and Community.

Thank you to those who got a grant last year and have supplied us with the validation paperwork. If you have not already, please do share this with me in the next month.

In the gaming room, we are looking at a couple of updates, so keep an eye out. Please continue to be respectful of our staff completing more frequent and deliberate interactions with yourselves to meet the obligations of the new laws. Please do not be offended, we are doing what we have to and what the previous government thinks is best for you. Remember to bet responsibly.
