June 2023 Golf Update

Twenty-four players went to Greendale on 7 May for the first round of Club Champs.
Winners on the day were Senior Men gross – Mike James with 71. Senior Nett – Jack Kīngi-Hazel nett 76. Intermediate Gross – Richard Hampton with 83. Intermediate nett – Peter Halliwell nett 70. Junior A Gross – John Sykes with 92. Junior A Nett- Barry Stringer – nett 72. Junior B Gross -Steve Lambert- 104, Junior B-nett -Graeme Hutchison- nett 73. Ladies Gross-Raylene Adler-88. Ladies Nett- Janette Benn – nett 71.
On 3 and 4 of June, the golf section is hosting the mixed South Island Golf Tournament at McLeans Island. Good luck to everyone playing.
