February 2024 – Darts Update

Welcome to another year and a month already gone.
The summer interclub continues and all 5 teams are going well so we hope that carries on.
Well, the world has a new dart star and he’s only 16, but we have been saying that the young ones are the future and that’s now.
The South Island Champs start at the end of February and Hornby have a full team going to Invercargill for the 55th year running of this event. Good darts to all.
The winter interclub starts in April and our Club captain is on the lookout for some new players, so if you want to play Wednesday nights, get in touch with Maata.
Looking further ahead, the Nationals are in July in Invercargill and the masters in Hamilton in August.
