December 2022 Table Tennis Update

Our season is now finished with our last playing day on 29 November.
With a membership of 45 players we didn’t reach the heights of previous years, as we fell short in all grades of the Canterbury Club’s Competition.
The section held its AGM and Cup Presentation on 8 November. Elected for the 2023 season were:
Chairperson: Michael Hills.
Secretary: Steve Ross.
Treasurer: Alison Cook.
Club Captain:Glenn Ross.
Committee: Anne Hay, Alan Law, Watson Ou, Noel Ward, Arthur Zhang.
All Sports Delegates: Watson Ou and Glenn Ross.
This year’s winners of the grades were:
A/R Grade: Darren Caldwell.
B Grade: Trevor Gardner.
C Grade: Noel Ward.
D Grade: Wolfgang Zdrenka.
The Table Tennis 2023 season starts on February 7.
