December 2022 Outdoor Bowls Update

A disappointing end to the year with our final game for 2022 ending up being cancelled due to the green being closed because of the weather.
On a better note, the section only had one team in the South Island ladies Chartered Clubs held in Oamaru Jenny Bodger, Joan Krammer, Diane Owles, Sarelda Rossouw. This team performed very well winning the Consolation Trophy.
Our President’s Fours Trophy was
also played in October with James Aldridge skipped team winning with Pauline Smith, John Cowan and Wayne Browning. 2023 starts off with a game at Bowls Hornby on the 22 January reporting time of 12 noon.
