August 2023 Golf Update

Sixteen players played at McLean’s Island on 16 July.
The game was drawn partners combined stableford winners of Ian Watson trophy were Janette Benn and Barry Stringer with 69 stablefords. Best individual were men Nathan Young and ladies Glenda Kingi-Hazel.
The golf section is very sorry to hear of Robin Leary’s passing recently. Robin was a valued member of the golf section and will be greatly missed.
