July 2023 Snooker Update

Hi all, hope everyone has a good month!
Will start off with the results of our last two tournaments that were being played last month, the Flying 50 was won by Rob Redgrove, runner up was Brent Jones.
Junior Snooker was won by Snow Cockow, runner up was Michael Vermeulen. We are currently playing the Intermediate Snooker.
The Canterbury Club Pairs were played at the CBSA Rooms on 25 June, we had six pairs from Hornby playing.
Interclub Snooker starts up in July, we have one Premier team and three Div 1 teams which play on Wednesday nights, we also have an individual player playing in a mixed club team on Monday nights which is Div 3.
In August we have the South Island pairs which is being played at the Richmond Club, at this stage we have five pairs representing Hornby. Brent Jones and Rob Redgrove will be trying to defend their title.
