February 2022 Cribbage Update

Kia ora, hello and welcome to the New Year of 2022.
Well, I think it’s fair to say that last year was pretty bad with Covid cutting our season prematurely short, let’s hope this year is more promising. I think everyone has done their best to keep everyone safe and let’s hope we keep doing that! In our Section we lost a few members Val Giddens (Life Member) and recently Carol Wright who regularly helped us when we held our South Island and National tournaments. Condolences to all families concerned, we share in your loss.
We managed to fit in a few weeks and had a wonderful Christmas break up here at the club. I would like to take this time to thank all our members and committee for a testing year. We look forward to the coming one. I hope we get to play the South Island and National tournaments. Please feel free to come and play on Wednesday nights at 7pm.
